Yohan Blake is the youngest athlete to win a gold medal in the 100M at the Atheltics World Championships, clocking 9.92s winning the event ahead of Walter Dix and Kim Collins in 2011. He currently holds the Jamaica national junior record in the 100M and is the youngest sprinter to break the 10 second barrier. Blake is the second fastest man ever in the 100M and the 200M, with personal best times of 9.69s and 19.26s respectively. To his credit he has won 4 Olympic medals, 2 Gold medals at the WCs, 2 Commonwealth Games medals, 3 World Relays, 3 Wolrd Juniors, 2 Pan AM Juniors, 3 CAC Junior gold medals, 5 CARIFTA gold medals, 2 CARIFTA (Youth) and a gold medal in the 4X100M at the Continental Cup.
